Whether it’s eye-catching campaigns or finely tuned flows, we focus on work that actually moves the needle. We’re a small but growing team, working closely with great brands and delivering with impact.

The Role

We’re looking for a Klaviyo expert who can take full ownership of email marketing for our clients - end to end. You’ll be the go-to person for:

  • Strategy
  • Design
  • Copywriting
  • Flow builds
  • Campaign execution

This isn’t a siloed role - we need someone who knows Klaviyo inside out, from creative direction through to technical build. You should be confident managing multiple e-commerce accounts and delivering high-quality work without hand-holding. If you’ve built and run high-performing email programmes for e-commerce brands and want the freedom to lead on creative and commercial direction, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full lifecycle of email marketing for multiple e-commerce clients
  • Plan, write, design, and build campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
  • Develop and optimise high-performing automations
  • Design emails that are clean, clear, and convert - optimised across devices
  • Write copy that supports brand tone and drives action
  • Report and optimise based on performance data (open rate, CTR, revenue etc.)
  • Collaborate with clients to understand goals, voice, and product mix
  • Run A/B tests and use results to refine content, timing, segmentation
  • Stay compliant with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other best practices

What We Offer

  • Up to £45k salary, depending on experience
  • Remote-first working, with team meet-ups and socials
  • Flexible working hours
  • A chance to work closely with ambitious e-com brands
  • Creative freedom and full ownership of your projects
  • Ongoing support, development, and learning opportunities

Sound like your kind of thing? We’d love to hear from you. Bring your experience, your eye for detail, and your ideas. We’ll bring the clients, the briefs, and the space to do your best work.
