Electro-Mechanical Engineer – WimborneAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electro-Mechanical Engineer in Wimborne, working at the forefront of aerospace and defence innovation. This position is perfect for an engineer who enjoys combining design, development, and production support to create advanced, reliable systems for mission-critical applications.The Electro-Mechanical Engineer – Wimborne will be responsible for designing complex electro-mechanical assemblies, including enclosures, wiring harnesses, and PCB assemblies using 3D CAD tools. This role requires someone who can ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as EWIS, EMC, and IPC guidelines while maintaining manufacturability and testability.Working in a collaborative and forward-thinking team, the Electro-Mechanical Engineer – Wimborne will generate and manage engineering drawings, apply configuration control using systems such as PTC Windchill, and lead engineering change requests.
