eLearning Designer 28 day contract, starting 11th AugustRemote, day rate Instinct is working with a purpose-driven organisation focused on expanding access to education for underrepresented and underserved communities. With a strong emphasis on equity, innovation, and impact, the organisation works across borders to design and deliver inclusive, research-informed programmes. Operating at the intersection of education and social change, they offer a collaborative, mission-led environment where individuals can contribute to meaningful, long-term outcomes.They are looking for an eLearning Designer to join the teams efforts in converting some of their current learning materials into short, interactive, digital programmes. These programmes are aimed at university graduates from underserved backgrounds looking to transition into post-graduation employment, and subject areas will include key skills and knowledge requirements for this stage in life. Key skills and experience:Demonstrated instructional / learning design experience (β‰₯5 years) with online or blended employability, career-readiness, or skills-to-work programmes.Ability to translate content into structured, outcome-aligned learning journeys.Hands-on proficiency building interactive modules in Articulate Rise 360 (Articulate 360 suite) and implementing / configuring content in Moodle.Excellent written English; experience writing for mixed English proficiency cohorts preferred.Multimedia micro-content creation (short video, audio, infographics) suitable for low bandwidth.Competence facilitating short online workshops / live sessions.Desired skills and experience:Experience working with refugee, displaced, or otherwise marginalised learners; sensitivity to gender and protection considerations.Familiarity with safeguarding, data privacy, and ethical storytelling (case studies).
