We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed company building a next-generation IoT platform powering tens of thousands of connected devices and millions of real-time data points. They're now hiring a Head of IoT Platform Engineering to own and scale a cloud-native SaaS platform at the heart of their product. This is a rare opportunity to combine deep technical leadership, product thinking, and commercial impact in a business where IoT, real-time data, and AI are core to the mission.

Working closely with Product, Device, and Customer teams, you'll build a platform that is:

  • Highly scalable and real-time
  • Secure and enterprise-grade
  • Ready for AI and edge evolution

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the platform strategy and roadmap
  • Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
  • Architect systems across device management, ingestion, messaging, and analytics
  • Own AWS infrastructure, security, and compliance
  • Partner with commercial teams on customer adoption and platform growth
