A well known Real Estate company in London seek an experienced EA to support their Legal MD and Company Secretarial team. This is a temp role for around 6 months whilst the team figure out what support they are looking or long term. Whilst it cannot be guaranteed at this stage, something longer term could come of this for the right candidate.They are specifically looking for a PA/EA who has supported a Co Sec team.Responsibilities include:Inbox and diary managementBoard meeting coordination, preparing schedules, taking notes, sending out action pointsPreparing powerpoint presentations and letters, visio structure charts, excel spreadsheets, docusign envelopes and other documentsManagement of Diligent board platformAs part of the year-end process, assist in preparation and coordination of Director Emolument and Conflict of Interest forms; liaise with external auditors on Annual Auditor Letters and other mattersRaise invoices and POsConduct research on various topics/companiesType adhoc reportsAct as a gate keeperHybrid: 4 days in 1 from homeHours: 9-5.30If you are a PA/EA who has supported a Co Sec team, please apply today to discuss further!
