Are you an experienced Medical Workforce or e-Rostering Lead l with a strong background in medical workforce planning and rota systems? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interim Job Rota Programme Manager to lead and deliver a critical transformation programme and mange a team on 5.This is a pivotal interim role focused on the strategic review, redesign, and implementation of medical rotas across the Trust. You will work closely with clinical leaders, operational teams, and HR to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable rota systems that support both patient care and staff wellbeing.* Responsibilities:·Lead the end-to-end delivery of the medical rota transformation programme.·Engage with stakeholders across clinical and corporate services to gather requirements and drive change.·Analyse current rota systems and identify areas for improvement.·Implement best practices in rota design, ensuring compliance with EWTD, safe staffing, and contractual obligations.·Provide expert guidance on rota software and digital solutions.·Monitor programme milestones, risks, and benefits realisation.*About You:·Proven experience in programme management within the NHS, ideally in medical workforce or rota redesign.·Strong understanding of medical staffing models, rota systems, and workforce planning.·Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills.·Ability to work autonomously and deliver at pace in a complex environment.·Familiarity with rota management tools and NHS policies.*Working Arrangements:·Hybrid working model with on-site presence in Kent as required.·Flexible working hours considered.
