Pearson Carter are currently working with one of the UK’s largest house builders based in the North East. They are looking for a MS Dynamics Lead CRM Developer to join their growing team.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience, benefits, and opportunities for progression and training!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues.
  • Manage users, privileges, and license allocations to meet business requirements efficiently.
  • Manage and review the relationship with external suppliers to support maintenance and improvements.
  • Work with key stakeholders to lead CRM functionality development projects and test upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Development on system integrations.

Experience:

  • Experience in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics systems.
  • Experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics transformation projects.
  • Expertise in customizing and delivering Dynamics solutions in areas such as Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.

This is a hybrid role - 3/4x a week in the office. Applications are welcome from professionals with Dynamics CRM Development experience.
