Helping buildings to evolve and leave a positive legacy for owners, occupiers and the planet. 💻https://lnkd.in/gRJYv4sH🟦 Job description:🔹Undertake site surveys of residential properties for the purpose of producing an EPC or DEC (non-dwellings).🔹Enter data from site survey onto modelling proforma.🔹Undertake modelling to ensure accurate understanding of site survey results.🔹Input into development and enhancement of data capture processes to be used for EPC/DEC work.🔹Undertake and assist in energy audits of commercial properties leading to recommendations and further work.🔹Produce reports detailing findings and recommendations.🔹Take responsibility for ensuring all works are of suitable quality, carried out on time and within project budgets.🟦 Experience in:Undertaking EPC’s and DEC’s SBEM experience.
