Document Controller – Full time, Permanent – NR9Contract Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a market leader in the engineering space for a Document Controller to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for offering project assistance in managing document control tasks. Operating within a small team dynamic, in a high-energy setting, where meticulous attention to detail and customer-centricity are paramount. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal abilities, self-motivation, and a capacity to work effectively with autonomy and initiative as a Document Controller.Job Responsibilities:Preparation of Project Documentation, in accordance with the Specifications provided by clients.Being able to understand and utilize various web-based customer document submission systems.Control, Monitoring & Recording of the submittals & returns of the ProjectDocumentation to enable easy access & production of Progress Reports by the Project Engineers.Reviewing & compilation of the Final Project Documentation requirements in accordance with the Specifications provided by our clients.Revision of Commented Technical Documentation from our clients, whilst working closely with the Project Engineers to gain understanding of our products to enable the above.Liaising with customers and shipping agents in respect of document transfer.Preparation of Completion Milestones upon submittal & client approval of the Project Documentation to enable the correct invoicing of the project payment terms and submission of milestone invoices.Desirable Skills:Proven experience in document control or related administrative rolesStrong organisation skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team environmentMonday to Friday09:00am – 5:30pm Contact Rosie at Contract Personnel today!
