Are you an experienced channel or distribution manager ready to make your mark at one of the UK’s fastest-growing communications technology businesses? Join at an inflection point as they roll out their award-winning system across education, healthcare, corporate venues—and beyond.
You’ll be joining a close-knit leadership team just as they enter “hockey stick” growth mode following major wins in universities, NHS Trusts (~50% coverage), blue-chip corporates like Chelsea FC/Madame Tussauds/Sea Life Centre—and international launches in the US/Luxembourg.
Your mission? Own all relationships with leading AV/security distributors (Norbain, ADI Global Distribution, Midwich), train their teams/resellers, help shape pricing/incentive strategies that drive adoption at scale—and act as both commercial strategist and hands-on enabler when it matters most.
What success looks like after 12 months:
- Distributors fully enabled/trained—with measurable uplift in reseller engagement/sales pipeline
- Clear pricing/incentive frameworks driving consistent value perception across markets
- Seamless collaboration between HQ marketing/product teams and field partners
Must-have skills:
- Proven experience managing AV or security distribution channels or similar B2B tech partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen—able to advise on pricing models/incentives/MDF funding/spiffs
- Track record delivering training/support that drives partner advocacy
