Role OverviewAs Technical Director (Electrical), you will lead the electrical engineering function across our client\’s projects, with a primary focus on data centre design. You will: Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight on electrical systems design, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions for high-performance, resilient infrastructure.Mentor and develop a team of electrical engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.Engage directly with clients, contributing to business development and project acquisition.Drive sustainability and energy optimisation across all electrical designs.Travel to project sights across the UK and Europe as per project demand.
