You’ll collaborate with the Digital and Brand teams to create engaging content for brands with audiences around the world.If you’re passionate about children’s content and bring a strong creative skillset, we’d love to hear from you.We’re looking for someone with experience working with YouTube, social media, and/or other CMS-driven platforms. An interest in and familiarity with children’s content would be a strong advantage.Job responsibilitiesCreate regular, engaging short- and long-form video content for assigned brands.Edit and produce content optimised for YouTube, social media, and VOD platforms.Design eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and motion assets to drive clicks and watch-time.Support the day-to-day running of digital channels, ensuring uploads and metadata are optimised for audience growth.Monitor audience data, engagement metrics, and trends to inform content strategy.Prepare performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.Ensure all content assets comply with copyright and brand guidelines.Provide creative input across campaigns, social activity, and brand events.Support the Social Media Manager and wider Digital team as required.Undertake ad-hoc departmental duties as directed by the Head of Department.Knowledge and skillsSkilled in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop essentialKnowledge of After Effects, Illustrator and Motion Graphics preferred.Experienced working with YouTube, social media, and/or other CMS-driven platformsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet regular weekly tight deadlinesGood organisational skillsKeen Interest in extending television brands into the online space.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.Proactive and self-motivated.Knowledge of additional foreign language is preferred.Reporting to: Social Media ManagerHours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6pm.
