The Role
We’re seeking an analytical, creative, structured, and proactive Digital Marketing Associate with direct-to-consumer (D2C) OR structured analytical data analysis experience to deliver and execute our digital strategy across multiple touchpoints. You’ll work closely with our Head of Performance & Digital and Founders, playing a key role in shaping customer journeys, retention, and conversion — with a strong focus on creative strategy, testing, and optimisation. This is a hands-on position where ideas are expected, and flawless execution is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative & Performance Strategy (Paid Media): Develop and drive creative strategy for paid channels (Google, TikTok, Meta) in collaboration with our Head of Performance & Digital. Brief and work with the graphic and content teams to deliver engaging assets tailored to platform and audience. Coordinate A/B tests on creative and messaging for paid campaigns. Analyse and report on ad creative performance to inform future iterations.
- Email, SMS & Retention Marketing: Own the testing and management of pre-purchase flows: sign-up messages, welcome flow, abandoned cart/checkout, etc. Run A/B tests on flows, content, and offers; report on performance and optimise accordingly. Develop and execute retention tactics to build long-term customer loyalty.
- Website Experience: Create differentiated web experiences for different cohorts of customers. Lead A/B testing of site elements (messaging, design, functionality). Implement and optimise retention-focused features (loyalty, etc).
- Amazon Channel: Support launch & execution of Amazon marketing strategy. Collaborate on Amazon campaign creative and promotional planning. Monitor and report on Amazon content and performance trends to inform adjustments.
- Community & Post-Purchase Experience: Work on initiatives that improve the post-purchase journey and foster brand loyalty. Identify and execute creative opportunities to enhance customer engagement beyond the first purchase.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ digital marketing experience within a high-growth D2C business OR structured analytical data analysis experience.
- Strong track record in developing and executing creative strategy for digital campaigns.
- Solid understanding of email/SMS platforms and retention best practices.
- Experience optimising eCommerce sites (Shopify).
- Data-driven mindset with confidence in reporting, testing, and insights.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at pace.
- Hands-on and collaborative; thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
- Amazon experience (content optimisation, creative execution) is a bonus.
