You’ll manage our digital portfolio, help create digital strategies and produce high-quality ad sets that reach our audience ahead of the competition, generating income in line with our Cost Per Acquisition model.Candidates must have a proven track record of successful PPC advertising and understand the digital landscape. But it’s even more important you can bring real commitment to the cause, pushing yourself and what you can achieve.Key elements of the role include:Skills RequiredMinimum 1-2 years’ experience working in paid search role at an agency or client sideStrong working knowledge and experience of Google AdWords and Meta Ads, including their different products and ad types. Other platform experience (i.e Bing, TikTok) is an advantageOptimsation and problem solvingReporting and evaluation skills Good writing, editing and proofing skillsGood MS Office skills, especially MS ExcelStrong planning and organisational skillsGoogle Certification an advantageBasic knowledge of Canva an advantageRoles & ResponsibilitiesWork with the Digital Manager to develop and execute effective PPC strategiesBuild and optimise high quality campaigns across digital platforms, including Google and Meta, linked to business objectivesPrepare and mange different data feed lists accurately Provide oversight and manage new paid search, ad groups aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiativesMaintain and monitor keywords, bidding strategies, audience targeting, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metricsKeep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologiesWhat We Offer:Full-time: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, but committed to working outside these hours when requiredOffice-based in Brighouse West Yorkshire (3 days) and homeworking (2 days)Salary From £25,000 – £30,000 based on experience.Opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking, purpose-driven company.A supportive, collaborative team committed to making a real impact.25 Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
