General overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to help drive lead generation and improve the online customer journey. You’ll manage key digital platforms including our Shopify website, HubSpot CRM, and paid advertising channels, using data to improve performance and support business growth. This role works alongside our Marketing Executive, who leads on brand and campaign content. You’ll focus on digital performance, conversion, and optimisation. This role will carry a revenue target as part of their KPI.
Responsibilities:
- Website & User Experience (Shopify)
- User experience and lead generation results
- Develop, implement and manage a parts and accessories ecommerce channel
- Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing and images
- Improve the layout, structure, and content of the site to boost conversions
- Be comfortable with A/B testing to optimise results
- Work with internal or external developers to implement updates or changes
- Ensure the website follows SEO and accessibility best practices
- Identify new tools or upgrades to improve functionality and performance
- Lead Generation & CRM (HubSpot)
- Create and manage forms, landing pages, and email workflows in HubSpot
- Optimise how we capture, segment, and follow up with leads
- Ensure marketing activity aligns with vehicle stock and sales campaigns
- Use data in Hubspot to drive campaigns
- Paid Media (Meta, Google Ads)
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google and social media to generate leads and drive traffic
- Write and test ad copy, audiences, and creative formats
- Monitor campaign performance and make changes to improve results
- Work with internal teams to produce assets when needed
- Social Media (Organic)
- Support the Marketing Executive by advising on trends and formats that improve reach or conversion
- Recommend organic content for boosting based on data
- Ensure paid and organic activity work together to support business goals
- Analytics & Reporting
- Use GA4, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to monitor performance
- Track key metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Provide regular reports with insights and ideas for improvement
- Use data to guide website changes and paid campaign strategy
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and HubSpot or similar
- Good knowledge of SEO, PPC, and how to improve conversion rates
- Comfortable using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
