With sustained year-on-year growth, this is a purpose-driven organisation focused on long-term impact.Role Summary:The Digital Events Executive will manage the end-to-end delivery of the organisation’s webinar programme. The ideal candidate is experienced in planning and executing virtual events, understands digital marketing principles, and is data-driven. This role contributes directly to demand generation efforts and internal enablement.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute the full webinar lifecycle, including topic ideation, scheduling, and deliveryDevelop and manage digital campaigns to drive webinar registrations and engagementCoordinate internal stakeholders, speakers, and marketing assets (email, social, landing pages)Track webinar performance metrics including lead flow, engagement, and conversionMaintain campaign dashboards and provide actionable reportingCollaborate with subject matter experts and the marketing team to develop high-value contentEnsure webinar content aligns with brand positioning and thought leadershipSupport the development of sales enablement materials and internal training contentRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience in delivering webinars or virtual events in a B2B or service-driven environmentSolid understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., email platforms, webinar tools, CRM systems)Strong organisational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with a proactive and results-focused approachAbility to work collaboratively across teamsDesirable:Experience with platforms such as Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, ON24, or similarFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation toolsBenefits:25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidaysAdditional leave awarded with service milestonesBirthday day offHealth cash plan (including children)Private medical insurance (after 5 years)Enhanced pension contributionsProfit share scheme and holiday bonus (based on tenure)Employee discount schemesMonthly social events and free food & drinks on designated daysFree onsite gymCycle to work and season ticket loan schemes24/7 Employee Assistance Programme accessDue to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates may be contacted.
