As our Digital Creative Director, you’ll own the creative direction across multiple touchpoints and brands. You’ll be the one who asks: “What should this brand feel like?” “How do we translate that into content, design, and communication that performs?” “Is this aligned with the audience and business outcome?” You’ll work closely with digital marketing, paid media, tech, and leadership teams to bring creative strategy to life—from brand storytelling to high-converting funnels.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and lead the full digital creative strategy for our brands and clients
- Direct content themes, social media shoots, and campaign messaging
- Define the visual and narrative tone for websites, landing pages, and digital experiences
- Strategize and support communications for email, SMS, and CRM campaigns
- Set creative direction for paid ads: static, video, UGC, and more
- Translate ICP insights and goals into actionable creative frameworks
- Collaborate with performance and dev teams to ensure execution matches strategy
