With a legacy of quality content and a growing global digital footprint, this company blends creativity with data to create award-winning branded experiences across web and social platforms. The Job As the Digital Campaign Manager, your responsibilities will include: Manage the full lifecycle of Paid Social and Premium Display campaigns, from planning and activation to optimisation and post-campaign analysis.Collaborate closely with Ad Ops teams to ensure seamless setup, delivery, and trafficking of display campaigns.Own paid social budget management, ensuring campaigns are continuously optimised using platform tools and data insights.Analyse campaign data, provide performance insights, and generate strategic recommendations for future activity.Maintain direct relationships with key social platforms and tech vendors to stay ahead of new ad products and innovations.Deliver regular campaign reporting and performance summaries to internal stakeholders.Use A/B testing, pixel tracking, and UTM tagging to track performance and audience behaviour accurately.Work cross-functionally with content, design, and commercial teams to bring campaign concepts to life. You Proven track record in Paid Social campaign management, including strategy, set-up, optimisation, and reporting.Experience across major platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest, Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.Solid understanding of Display advertising, working knowledge of ad servers (e.g. Google Ad Manager), and trafficking processes.Strong working knowledge of tracking tech including pixels, UTM parameters, and third-party tools.Highly analytical, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.A collaborative team player with a positive and solutions-focused attitude.
