We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join a cutting-edge space and advanced engineering organisation developing high-reliability electronic systems for space-grade applications. This role sits within a multidisciplinary team working on complex hardware where performance, robustness, and traceability are critical.

You will be responsible for the design, test, and verification of electronic subsystems, with a strong emphasis on deep-level fault finding down to component level and hands-on laboratory work supporting development and qualification activities.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as an Electronics Engineer in a high-reliability or aerospace/space environment
  • Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to troubleshoot down to component level (resistors, ICs, PCB traces, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with electronic test, measurement, and debugging equipment
  • Proficiency in Python for instrument control, automation, and data acquisition
  • Solid understanding of analogue and digital circuit design principles
  • Experience with PCB-level diagnostics and electronic system validation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex hardware environments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative engineering team
