Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Electrician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Electrician will be responsible for:
- Conducting multi-skilled maintenance services across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Carrying out routine PPM tasks and planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates.
- Completing reactive repairs and electrical installation work as required.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and all reactive tasks are reported through the CAFM system.
- Supporting general building maintenance activities when required.
To be successful for this Electrician role you must have:
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent).
- 17th / 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
- Experience using a range of maintenance equipment.
