We are workng with a small private family office to lead London commercial development projects—from strategy to delivery across change of use, mixed-use and refurbishments (including listed buildings). Reporting to the founder and work closely with the advisory team. What you’ll do:Lead projects end-to-end and set development strategy.Appoint/manage architects, planners, QS/cost, M&E, structural, and legal teams; liaise with authorities.Drive planning applications to secure consents.Own budgets, programmes, and risk; keep the finance team updated.Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopment opportunities.What we are looking for:10+ years PQE; RICS (or equivalent).Proven London mixed-use/commercial track record (offices, hotels, Class E).Strong grasp of planning, building regs, development appraisals and finance.Deep network across consultants/authorities; excellent communication and negotiation.Proactive, independent, commercially minded.This is a role that requires experience and track record in London to advise and implement on development opportunities across the current owned assets.This may vary be between 3-5 days a week.
