Job: Desktop Support EngineerKey skills: Troubleshoot, SCCM, configuration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, WindowExperience :5+ years Location : London , UK We at Coforge are seeking “Desktop Support Engineer” with the following skill-set:Job OverviewProvide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems (Windows/macOS), applications, and network connectivity. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in active directory and other systems. Collaborate with remote IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, asset inventory, and technical procedures. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.Support video conferencing systems and meeting room technologies. Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees, including equipment setup and recovery. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in deskside or IT support roles.Strong knowledge of windows and macOS operating systems. Familiarity with active directory, microsoft 365, and remote support tools. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
