Foster Wales Denbighshire in partnership with Sanctuary Personnel is looking for individuals or couples to become Step-Forward Foster Carers. Across Denbighshire, children and young people are ready to move on from residential care into stable and nurturing family fostering arrangements.
As a Step-Forward Foster Carer, you could provide stability by welcoming a young person into your home, helping them feel supported, cared for, and able to move forward with confidence. If you have professional experience in care, education, health, youth justice, or similar roles, you may already have the skills that matter. This is an opportunity to use that experience in a more meaningful and lasting way.
Who we are looking for:
- Individuals or couples able to provide full-time care within their home
- Over 21 and with the legal Right to Remain in the UK
- A spare bedroom or bedrooms that can be dedicated to fostering
- Professional experience in supporting children, young people, or adults, particularly those with complex or challenging needs
- No other children under 16 within the household
What You Will Receive:
- £1,000 per week when a child is in your care (up to £52,000 per year)
