This is a fantastic opportunity to lead major operational and customer-facing change initiatives for an internationally recognised business.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes within operational or customer-heavy environmentsManage the implementation of IT systems and business change projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goalsOversee organisational change management including user adoption, training, stakeholder engagement, and process transformationConduct as-is/to-be analysis, supporting the planning, design, and delivery of end-to-end transformationCoordinate multiple delivery phases and manage trade-offs to ensure programme successManage third-party suppliers and internal teams across all stages of deliveryEngage confidently with senior stakeholders, including VIPs, across the organisationOperate independently with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetKey Requirements:Senior-level delivery experience within large-scale business change and transformation projectsStrong track record in delivering operational and customer-facing initiativesExperience managing business-critical programmes with clear, demonstrable resultsExpertise in organisational change, user adoption strategies, and stakeholder managementAble to manage multiple delivery streams and drive progress independentlyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially at executive levelExperience coordinating internal and external teams in complex environmentsDesirable Skills:Background in the transport sector or fleet management (not essential)Experience working in regulated environments or public sector programmesFamiliarity with enterprise-level change, including legacy system replacementTo learn more, APPLY NOW for a no-obligation conversation with your VIQU Consultant.
