This is an exciting chance to join a growing team within a highly regarded Lloyd’s syndicate at a time of continued investment in Delegated Authority. The business is looking to enhance its operational capability and develop its DA model through improved process oversight, system optimisation and stronger data insights. This role is a key part of that journey.
You will join a collaborative team that is passionate about quality, with excellent support and training provided from day one. If you are looking for broad exposure to the delegated authority lifecycle and enjoy working on process improvement and analysis projects, this will offer you the opportunity to build on your experience in a highly visible role.
Key responsibilities:- Extracting, downloading and chasing bordereaux to ensure timely and complete submissions
- Managing the upload and mapping process within the binder management system, including resolving queries and reviewing exceptions
- Liaising with internal teams, Coverholders, Brokers and DCAs to maintain data accuracy and uphold contract terms
- Providing bordereaux status updates and financial summaries to Underwriting teams and other stakeholders
- Supporting documentation and optimisation of internal processes and procedures
- Assisting with reporting, data insights and delegated authority projects as required
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative approach and keen eye for detail
- A proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to the improvement of processes and systems
