This national role can be based in any of the firm’s offices across the UK, offering excellent flexibility and hybrid working options.You will work alongside an existing Partner to lead and develop a resilient, varied insurance litigation practice, advising insurers and professionals on complex disputes. Your role will include pre-action and litigation procedural matters, supervising junior fee earners, and actively contributing to business development to drive the team’s continued growth.Candidates are welcome from insurance work spanning professional negligence, personal injury / disease, regulatory or property damage backgrounds.
