DCM AssociatePQE 1 – 4A new opportunity has arisen at the leading Debt Capital Markets team of this US law firm. The team is keen to hire a DCM lawyer who may be at the junior to mid-level (minimum 1 years’ post qualified experience is required). The team is led by acknowledged leading partners for Capital Markets and offers exposure to complex transactions for issuers, sponsors, banks and investors which include public and private offerings of debt and equity, restructurings of debt securities, bond offerings and debt capital raising. Applicants will have trained at a global law firm and qualified into a DCM practice ; they will have strong exposure to varied DCM transactions and understanding of the range of products.Ref LA/VW/030519Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
