You\'ll be responsible for facilitating lending business activities and ensuring transactions are managed effectively with risk mitigation and data quality at the forefront.Key Responsibilities:Deal Execution: Booking new deals & facilities in LoanIQ, managing amendments/restructures, and completing security buildsPipeline Management: Collating lending pipeline information and distributing to stakeholdersDocumentation Review: Reviewing LMA draft documentation and suggesting operational improvementsLifecycle Management: Overseeing covenants, security valuations, reconciliations, and client queriesData Management: Maintaining data accuracy and producing management informationDashboard Management: Owning production and accuracy of data for business unit conversationsWho We\'re Looking ForEssential Requirements:LoanIQ experience with proven ability to build deals Experience across broad and complex product rangesAbility to interpret and operationalize Loan documentationStrong understanding of lending risk environmentExcellent analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsPro-active \"can do\" approach with collaborative working styleAbout Our ClientOur client is a distinctive specialist bank serving clients.
