Data Analyst

We’re currently supporting a pharmaceutical manufacturing client who is undergoing a significant transformation project aimed at improving operational efficiency across their production environment.As part of this initiative, they’re looking to engage a Data Analyst / Process Analyst on a 3-month contract to help drive improvements in capacity modelling and process analysis. Please note, you must have experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry previously to be considered for this opportunity.The Opportunity:This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with manufacturing teams to:Conduct time and motion studies across production linesExtract and assess existing manufacturing dataBuild and refine capacity models to identify inefficienciesProvide actionable insights to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders across operations and transformation teamsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong experience in manufacturing analytics, ideally within pharmaceuticals or a regulated industryProven ability to work with complex datasets and translate findings into operational improvementsFamiliarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, or similarExperience in process mapping, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plusSomeone who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
