Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant Job SummaryOur clients are seeking an experienced and results-driven D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to join their ERP transformation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with D365 F&O implementations, deep knowledge of finance and/or supply chain modules, and a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, functional solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support end-to-end D365 F&O implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, and related modules.Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into functional designs and solutions.Configure D365 F&O modules in accordance with best practices and organisational needs.Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping sessions.Collaborate with technical teams to develop customisations, integrations, and data migration strategies.Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training initiatives.Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.Ensure solutions are compliant with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, particularly in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, or Projects.Demonstrated experience with at least one full lifecycle D365 F&O implementation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies. Required QualificationsBachelor\’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Consultant or similar role.Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) preferred.Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services), DevOps, and Power Platform is a plus. Desirable Experience in [Industry-Specific Experience, e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Services, etc.]Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS).Integration experience with third-party systems (CRM, payroll, logistics platforms).
