Customer Relationship ManagerPermanent PositionASAP Start – Site based position8-4:45 M-T / 8-12:30 FDerbyCustomer Relationship ManagerJob Description: Oversee the customer interface function by managing a team of account managers and customer liaison officers – guarantee each account KPI’s are met and actioned accordinglyMain point of contract for Aerospace OEM customers. This would involve leading presentations, weekly/bi-weekly meetings, being the point of escalation and being the business representative in front of customers.Conducting regular performance and forecasting reviews with customers and internal account managers to monitor build rates, maintain stability and proactively forecast risks to business capacityContinuously improve the Customer Interface department and processes within the team.
