They’ve recently launched a new app-based savings product and are building a specialist team to take their CRM strategy to the next level.THE ROLEJoining a newly formed Marketing, Brand & Performance team, you’ll work closely with an experienced CRM Manager to execute campaigns and optimise workflows. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real ownership from day one.Your responsibilities will include:Building and deploying CRM campaigns to support a major product launch.Developing and optimising workflows to enhance customer journeys.Working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (or similar) to improve platform capability.Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience in CRM marketing, with a focus on workflows and campaign execution.Experience in financial services is desirable but not essential.Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer or a similar platform is a plus.A proactive, hands-on approach – comfortable working in a small team environment.If you’re looking for an opportunity to own CRM delivery in a lean, agile team and work on exciting new initiatives, this could be the perfect next step.Apply now to find out more!
