  • Campaign performance: design digital assets, infographics and videos that increase click-through rates and lead generation.
  • Sales enablement: produce high-impact decks, proposals and collateral that accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Enhance onboarding success: enabling the creation of engaging and comprehensive eLearning content
  • Maximise event ROI: developing professional stand graphics and print materials to attract more footfall and enquiries
  • Refine customer communications: deliver clear, brand-aligned content across all channels.

You have:

  • An extensive design portfolio across digital, video and print
  • Campaign visuals experience (web, social, email)
  • Shortform motion/animation/video editing experience
  • Event & exhibition artwork experience
  • Printed collateral (brochures, factsheets) experience
  • Brand guidelines upkeep and evolution experience
  • An understanding and experience of B2B marketing
  • A passion for innovative design
  • The confidence to challenge and present new ideas
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Experience of videography and photography
  • Experience of delivering eLearning assets and programmes
  • An understanding of the UK care industry
