With a strong development pipeline of 10 further homes planned across the region, this is a business with clear vision, stability, and long-term opportunity for career progression.Their flagship service is a 75-bed, purpose-built home, set across three floors, offering a full spectrum of care:Ground Floor: Private residential livingFirst Floor: Nursing & Dementia careSecond Floor: High-acuity complex careCurrently operating with 47% private payers and an average fee of £1,500 per week, the home is positioned for significant growth and is supported by both a Regional Support Manager and dedicated Admissions resource.This is a rare chance to take on a newly commissioned service, build a fresh management team, and set the standards for future success within the group.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide inspirational leadership and operational oversight of a large, multi-unit care service.Deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care across residential, nursing, dementia, and complex care.Drive occupancy levels and confidently market and sell private beds at £1,650 per week.Maintain excellent relationships with CQC, local authorities, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.Build, mentor, and support a new management team, ensuring seven-day senior leadership cover.Uphold outstanding governance, compliance, and quality frameworks.The Ideal CandidateRegistered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC PIN.Proven track record as a successful Home Manager within elderly care.Experience of commissioning or opening new services is highly desirable.Commercially astute, with strong skills in driving occupancy, financial performance, and fee negotiations.Resident-focused with a passion for delivering quality care and wellbeing outcomes.Able to inspire, develop, and stabilise new teams within a flagship home.The Home75 beds across 3 floors, offering residential, nursing, dementia, and complex care.Brand-new management team in place, including deputies and a clinical lead.Regional support provided 5 days per week; plus dedicated admissions support 3 days per week.Clear succession planning with a further pipeline of new homes across the region, offering strong career development prospects.LocationThe home is commutable from the following locations: Birmingham, Chester, Crewe, Warrington, Liverpool, Stafford, Uttoxeter, Telford, Manchester, Northwich, Knutsford, and surrounding areas.SummaryThis is a flagship opportunity for an ambitious Home Manager to make their mark within a growing, resident-focused care group.
