Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen CPQ solutions. Oversee the Salesforce CPQ customization and configuration process to meet client specifications. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective Salesforce CPQ adoption. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce CPQ applications. Stay current with the latest Salesforce CPQ trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations. Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.RequirementsProven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ development and documentation.
