Coupa Consultant – Outside IR35 – 6 monthsA UK based organisation is seeking a Coupa P2P Consultant to play a key role in a finance transformation initiative. This position will focus on harmonizing Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes across the UK to integrate with SAP Finance.Key Responsibilities:Lead P2P process harmonization across multiple UK.Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; develop and map future-state processesCollaborate with finance stakeholders to align on best practices and changesSupport the integration of Coupa with SAP FinanceDrive change management within finance teams, encouraging adoption of new processesAct as the lead for P2P workstreams, managing project timelines and deliverablesKey Skills & Experience:P2P Expertise: Strong knowledge of procurement, requisitioning, and accounts payable processesERP & Integration Experience: Familiarity with Coupa and SAP FinanceProcess Design: Proven ability to map, analyse, and optimize finance processesChange Management: Skilled in guiding finance teams through change, with strong stakeholder influencing skillsStakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working across finance functions
