This is an outstanding opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor with 3–5 PQE to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, particularly in the technology and life sciences sectors. The team prides itself on delivering exceptional legal advice, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and maintaining long-term client relationships.The Role:The successful candidate will play a key role in the Corporate M&A team, working on a variety of transactions, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, private equity deals, venture-backed company investments, and, where relevant, public takeovers.
