This elite offshore law firm is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer who is technically excellent with impeccable client management skills. Based in its Jersey office, you will be joining a team that advises a flagship client on a multitude of high-value corporate matters, enabling you to gain an in-depth knowledge of their business and to really focus on providing outstanding legal advice without the distraction of business development.The work will be complex, high-value and varied, with a strong element of M&A so a proven track record of transaction management is essential. You can expect to be consistently busy, with no difficulty hitting targets, and since this is viewed as a vital role, your prospects for career development are excellent.RequirementsAdmitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).Likely to suit someone with 5-8 years’ PQE.
