The firm are looking for a creative, dynamic designer who has a minimum of 4 years’ experience working within professional services, ideally inhouse with either a law firm or within the financial services sector.This is an exceptional opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, global environment, surrounded by talented, creative and forward-thinking peers. This new role is working on a full-time permanent basis, working from the law firms stunning City office 3 days per week, and from home 2 days per week. The working hours will be 9:30am – 5:30pm, and the salary on offer will be approx. £48,000 per annum with flexibility to go to £50,000 dependent on skills and experience level.The firm are looking for a talented and highly motivated Designer with approx. 4 years’ experience to join their award-winning Brand & Strategy team in the Marketing and Communications department. Within this role you will be responsible for creating on-brand marketing materials encompassing a variety of media types across a wide range of touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have original creative ideas, a keen eye for detail, and be eager to develop their existing skillset while working alongside other members of the global Brand & Strategy team to champion the firm’s brand across all external and internal communication channels.Core responsibilities:Design compelling and effective marketing materials across a variety of media types (ex: web, print, email, social, video, etc.); implement the brand’s visual identity consistently across all materialsParticipate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new campaigns and initiativesSupport the team in the execution of priority cross-functional campaigns and initiativesEfficiently work through multiple design iterations based on internal and stakeholder feedback; leverage feedback from team members to hone skills and improve designsProactively suggest alternate design solutions to stakeholders to best address their needsRequirements:4 plus years of professional experience in graphic/communication designIn-house/brand-side experience within professional servicesExperience using FigmaPortfolio will be requested and is required as part of the application processStrong brand and communication design skillsSolid foundation in core design principles (ex: typography, colour, layout, hierarchy); knowledge of print production and digital design best practicesProficiency in industry standard software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft 365; Canva, Ceros, Figma, After Effects knowledge a plusComfortable working in a PC environmentThis firm are offering an exceptional perks, benefits, and bonus package, along with a generous starting salary, hybrid working of 2 days a week from home, and a friendly, lively, and innovative working environment.
