Copyright Senior | Music IndustryHybrid working£33k-£35kCentral London OfficeWe are excited to be working with a leading music industry company in their search for a Copyright Senior.You will be responsible for recording and composition registrations at various domestic and international rights societies, along with maintaining copyright data in the company\’s internal systems.The successful candidate will have significant proven experience in completing registrations for labels and/or publishing companies.Responsibilities include:Registrations for both the label and publishing company (PPL/PRS)Mechanical Licence submissions for label and sub-labelsCoordinating sub publisher copyright updatesUpdating and maintaining internal copyright and metadata systemsOther ad hoc copyright and publishing workIn addition, you will be responsible for researching copyright data for new music and updating /auditing internal copyright systems including:Curve (publishing royalties’ software)File Maker (database software)The Ideal Candidate:Hard working, enthusiastic, ambitious and proactivePassionate about music with previous experience within copyright, sync or publishingSolid experience of both the PRS and PPLKnowledge of basic copyright principlesPrior experience of the systems mentionedPrior experience within the music industry
