AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a Top 100 Law Firm as they look to grow their Residential Property team by hiring a Conveyancer. The firm are looking to hire a Residential Conveyancer or a Conveyancing Lawyer, qualification is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Provide clear and concise advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process
  • Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing
  • Manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are kept fully informed

Requirements:

  • Qualified conveyancer with at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Excellent knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and a deep understanding of the legal issues involved
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
