As a Conversion Optimization Manager, you’ll help drive real results, not vanity metrics. You’ll work across teams to create seamless, high-converting experiences for our clients and their customers. From our internal growth funnels to the sales pages used by thousands of entrepreneurs, your work will help turn potential into predictable performance.Your Role in Their SuccessYou’ll own the strategy and execution of testing and experimentation across our product and marketing ecosystem. This includes everything from optimizing onboarding flows and upsells to fine-tuning our acquisition funnels that welcome new vendors and affiliates. You won’t just make things look better, you’ll make them convert better, based on data, user insights, and what actually works.What You\'ll DoFuel Experimentation Across the FunnelDesign and execute A/B and split tests for page layouts, copy, headlines, CTAs, and creative.Use both Digistore24’s built-in tools and third-party platforms to test ideas that matter.Validate findings with data, always connecting test results to real impact on revenue and user outcomes.Support Product-Led GrowthIdentify and prioritize conversion improvements within the platform that help vendors earn more with less effort.Partner with the Product team to improve vendor-facing experiences such as checkout flows, sales page templates, and upsell paths.Surface actionable insights using heatmaps, journey analysis, and behavioral data—then translate them into smart, user-focused enhancements.Enable Internal Ops With CRO IntelligenceEquip internal teams with clear recommendations to help top-tier vendors improve their funnels and boost performance.Develop reusable CRO resources, test logs, and reporting frameworks that scale across departments.Ensure all tests are measurable, repeatable, and documented for future growth and learning.Lift Marketing Campaign PerformanceCollaborate with marketers, designers, and media buyers to increase conversion rates for new vendor and affiliate signups.Continuously test and optimize ad funnels, opt-in flows, and onboarding journeys.Bring precision to every stage of the campaign—from first click to long-term retention.What You Bring3+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, funnel strategy, or growth marketing.Deep knowledge of conversion psychology, decision design, and buyer behavior.Proven track record using testing platforms like Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar, or Digistore24’s native tools.Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using GA4, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to drive insights.Experience collaborating with product, UX, and marketing teams to move fast without breaking things.A bias toward clarity, not clutter.
