You can work from home every day, providing you with a great work-life balance.And it\’s a fantastic, broad role including Compliance Advice, Compliance Monitoring, Conduct, Data Protection and SMCR.What you\’ll be doingSitting within 2nd line, you’ll support the Head of Compliance with a broad array of Compliance duties.You’ll help identify, assess and communicate the impact of regulatory and legislative changes and work with the business to implement any required changes.You’ll provide compliance support and sign-off for financial promotions, customer communications and literature as well as providing advisory support to the business.You’ll conduct compliance monitoring reviews in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including control testing.In addition, you’ll also support the wider Risk and Compliance function, especially with the onboarding and monitoring of intermediaries.What you\’ll needYou’ll have already gained Regulatory Compliance experience, preferably within an insurance firm, and therefore be familiar with ICOBS regulations.You\’ll have experience of conducting thematic reviews and will have a proven track record of working closely with senior stakeholders.You’ll possess an analytical mindset, a curious nature and a willingness to learn and develop.
