With AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini transforming how consumers discover brands, we help global businesses secure their presence in the data sources that shape AI-driven search.
We’re looking for a Founding Commercial Lead to drive early growth, define go-to-market strategy, and shape the product alongside the founding team. This is a rare opportunity to build the commercial foundation of a high-potential AI/MarTech business from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
- Own pipeline generation, client outreach, and deal closure using your network
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the CEO
- Build and convert opportunities through creative outbound, warm referrals, and event presence
- Engage CMOs, SEO leads, paid search heads, and agency directors to translate platform value
- Shape use cases, ICPs, and product direction based on client feedback
- Represent the company at key industry events (WebSummit, BrightonSEO, MarTech forums)
What we’re looking for:
- 4–8 years in commercial, sales, client strategy, or partnerships roles at an SEO/SEM agency, digital consultancy, or MarTech platform
- A strong network of brand decision-makers in marketing, search, or content (UK essential, wider EU network a plus)
- A track record of opening doors and closing deals, ideally at early-stage businesses
- Understanding of how AI is reshaping SEO, content marketing, and brand discovery
- Clear communicator, strategic thinker, and resilient operator comfortable in startup environments
Circa £70k base + commission + generous equity. Full-time, UK-based (remote-friendly, ideally London or major regional hub).
