As an experienced internal communications manager, you will support the day-to-day internal communications activity across the group. You will help align colleagues with our vision and business goals, and drive high levels of understanding, connection and engagement.Outcomes of the RoleHelp activate the group-wide colleague communications strategy, managing the day-to-day delivery of clear, effective and engaging communication across the businessDraw on the company narrative through end-to-end production, distribution and amplification of high-impact communications to key colleague audiences, in partnership with a range of stakeholders from across the businessIdentify and drive activities that bring to life our company culture and foster a strong sense of community and connection among colleaguesManage a modern and integrated mix of channels and content formats as you use them to execute colleague engagement campaigns, in-person and virtual events, and moreDevelop and deliver communication plans that support a range of initiatives across the business, including change and transformation workstreamsAct as a trusted communications adviser to the business, supporting the communication needs of senior leaders while nurturing and building relationships on behalf of our team with all the necessary stakeholdersWork with the wider Colleague Communications team to maintain and regularly improve a rigorous planning, production and measurement process for the internal communications functionKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceProven experience in internal communications roles, developing and successfully activating colleague communications strategies in large organisationsTech-savvy and data-driven, with an ability to activate and measure campaigns factoring in a wide range of channels and formats, including SharePoint as well as modern experiences like social intranetsA solid understanding of and experience in creative production principles, with an ability to visually express content with minimal creative team support (including video and event production)Great storytelling, writing and presentation skills, with considerable experience in crafting compelling narrativesMeticulously organised, very attentive to detail and highly flexible with changing requirements, with a proven ability to balance multiple ongoing campaigns and projectsA proven ability to influence stakeholders across the businessExperience in the Wealth and Asset Management industry, and more broadly in the Financial Services sector (this is an advantage, but is not required)Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
