A leading electronics manufacturer in Colchester is looking for a Quality Manager - Electronics to join their growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System, driving compliance to ISO9001, and acting as a technical point of contact for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing- Working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality and reliability
- Leading quality activities across the manufacturing process for electronic products
- Managing, maintaining, and improving the company’s QMS
- Ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and supporting audits
- Acting as a customer‐facing quality representative, handling queries and driving resolution
- Supporting root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong experience in electronics manufacturing
- Proven background in quality engineering at a senior or lead level
- Hands‐on experience with ISO9001 and QMS ownership
- Confident communicator with the ability to work directly with customers
