Grangemouth based with travel to other sites (hybrid working) £60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus and company car.

A Cluster Manager is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who are at the forefront of their industry. The successful candidate will ensure operational management to employees across three sites (including Grangemouth, Clydebank and Inverness). This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of circa £65,000 plus a 10% bonus, a company car, and other benefits.

Overview of the Cluster Manager role:

  • Provide strong leadership to the operations team and oversee continuous development of the Regional Cluster Operations team and assets in line with the organization's values & strategic model.
  • Work with, and support other departments to maximize asset availability and minimize downtime without compromising safety, legislative or corporate, and/or regional inspection and/or repair requirements.
  • Produce & implement operational processes, procedures, and working practices in line with corporate objectives, manuals, and goals.

Key skills and qualifications required for the Cluster Manager role:

  • Health and Safety qualification at certificate level
  • Full driving license
  • Significant experience on a COMAH site
  • Management of Operational/Maintenance staff
