If you\'re a proactive problem-solver with great communication skills and a passion for helping users, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoAs part of our First and Second Line Support team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy by providing fast, friendly, and effective support. This includes:Being the first point of contact for clients via email, chat, or support tickets.Troubleshooting and resolving common queries like login issues, platform navigation, and known bugs.Escalating more technical issues to Product or Engineering teams with clear, detailed information.Maintaining accurate ticket logs and contributing to our knowledge base.Spotting recurring issues and suggesting improvements in our tools, documentation, or user experience.About YouYou communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with people at all levels.You’re confident in making decisions but know when to escalate.You’re well-organised, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.You enjoy learning about new platforms and helping others get the most from them.Bonus Points ForExperience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce platforms.Familiarity with ticketing systems like Freshdesk.A keen eye for patterns in user feedback and a drive to make things better.Why Join UsAt The Despatch Company, you’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced, and genuinely collaborative team.
