As a CSP, you will take full ownership of our direct sourcing strategy, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective talent acquisition. This includes proactive engagement with pre-identified candidates, managing internal talent pools, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders. You will act as the crucial link between the client’s hiring teams, AgileOne’s shared services, and technology partners, leveraging SAP Fieldglass to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Direct Sourcing Excellence: Manage end-to-end requisitions, from demand intake to placement. Leverage databases, referral campaigns, and targeted sourcing strategies. Deliver high-quality candidate shortlisting and screenings aligned with the client’s brand.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Insights: Partner with hiring managers, People Services, and Procurement. Provide data-driven market insights and strategic hiring recommendations. Advocate for direct sourcing benefits: cost savings, faster time-to-fill, and improved quality.
- Programme Performance & Optimisation: Track and optimise KPIs, including time-to-fill and candidate quality. Deliver insightful reporting and resolve process/system challenges. Continuously refine processes and drive innovation in sourcing strategies.
Our requirements:
- Proven experience in contingent workforce management, staffing, or on-site operations.
- Strategic sourcing expertise: Proven success in active/passive candidate sourcing.
- Stakeholder influence: Ability to engage senior leaders effectively.
- VMS proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass or similar systems.
- Candidate experience focus: Commitment to aligning hiring experiences with brand values.
- Experience within contingent workforce, MSP/RPO models, or global professional services.
