OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Implementation Manager to join a growing financial services client. The role focuses on leading the end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients, ensuring seamless integration of data and processes onto internal platforms.This is a hands-on position that combines project management, data analysis, regulatory transaction reporting regimes and subject matter expertise. You will work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding journey.Skills & ExperienceRequired:Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business, technical, and operational teams3–5 years of experience in financial services, ideally in regulatory reporting, middle office, or related areasGood knowledge of the derivatives trade lifecycle and relevant reporting frameworksAdvanced Excel skills for data handling, reporting, and analysisPractical experience with reconciliations in a regulatory or compliance environmentFamiliarity with JIRA or similar project management / workflow toolsDesirable:Exposure to regulatory reporting regimes such as EMIR, MiFID II, or CFTCHands-on involvement in client onboarding, implementation, or account management projectsUnderstanding of SQL for data analysis and queriesExperience with cloud-based technologies like AWS or SnowflakeBackground in working with fintech platformsKey Responsibilities: Experience with Financial Technology PlatformsClient Integration & Onboarding System Setup & ValidationProject Oversight & Client EngagementProcess Enhancement & Knowledge Sharing
